Maintaining client confidentiality and treatment integrity is important to me. Clients frequently choose to pay out-of-pocket, as insurance companies require that I assign a diagnosis in order to receive coverage. I do not believe that every person who might benefit from counseling has a diagnosable illness. Out-of-pocket payment also allows for us to decide together the type of service and time frame that best suits your needs, rather than the insurance company making those decisions.

Reduced Fees
Student rates are available for those who qualify.
Rates
Initial session fee: $175 (individuals) and $225 (couples).
Ongoing sessions: Range between $125 - $175.
Sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes; 90 minute appointments are scheduled upon request.
Payment
Out of pocket- and co-payments are due at the time of service. Deductible and co-insurance payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Cash, check and PayPal credit card accounts are accepted for payment. Checks returned for Non-Sufficient Funds are recovered electronically by Federal Automated Recovery Systems (FARS). A $30 collection fee plus a $7 bank fee will be added to your account for each item recovered. If your account goes to collections, all applicable fees will be added to your balance.
Cancellation Policy
My cancellation policy requires that you give 24-hours notice of cancellation. Missed appointments are billed at one-half of the full service fee; no exceptions.
Note: Insurance will not cover or reimburse for video-based services or for the cost of missed appointments.
